In line was told I’ll be with you in a moment. Okay no big deal. Then another truck pulls in and next thing you know they are ordering and getting their food. Screens go black and not even helped. Waited in line for 15 min. And person at the window is like we close at midnight. Okay but we were waiting here to have our order taken.

There was no one else in the drive through. I ordered and paid, drove away and found that I had received the wrong sandwich and it was cold on a hard bun and the rest of the food was cold. I didn’t have time to go back so threw it away. I wouldn’t leave a review like this but have had other experiences with cold or incorrect food. I did fill out an online complaint form and received a coupon but I’m not sure I want to take the time to go through that again. I really like BK when it is done correctly.
