Waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes with no acknowledgment. There was only one car ahead of me so there is no reason for no one to speak in the speaker to say hey, will be right with you. They didn’t even acknowledge the car in front of me, and they pulled out and left, so I decided I’ll just go inside in line for a good 10 minutes and the lady at the front counter was taking orders and told the customer ahead of me sorry I’m trying to hurry because people are getting pissy!!! Worst customer experience ever went to Arby’s instead, and they were busy and they got people in and out.

My daughter and I decided to grab a snack for the family. We ordered a family bundle, a large onion ring and an 8 piece nugget. There was no customers in line so we asked for everything fresh off the broiler. Everything we received was cold. We pulled over checked the food and told them our order was not fresh. We were told, ” I don’t know what to tell u….it’s all fresh. The fries were soft and the burgers barely warm. We weren’t given a refund even though we never left burger kings parking lot….we live 7 miles away…Burger King is the only restaurant in South haven that never makes it to my home warm….the absolute worst service I have ever received. 04/01/2023. 6:51pm.

There were no cars in the parking lot but 2 and 0 in the drive thru… Yet we waited for someone to take our order but had to wait a good 5 minutes for someone to speak only to be told to wait again. By time they took our order and we get to the window we had to wait yet again to pay…then had to wait even longer to get our food. I probably won’t go back to this location.
