Apparently they went under some new management so I went there last night and when I pulled in the parking lot I thought I hit something or popped a tire. Terra is a terrible manager. She is rude to customers and employees for no reason. They are incredibly slow and their parking lot and driveway has crater size pot holes. I would rather drive to Indiana Over an hour round trip then deal with this burger king. Do better, and fire that manager.

If I was working SATURDAY night, May 27th in Niles, I would have locked up & left! 1 guy cooking, 1 guy running from front register to drive-thru doing it all. Took 45 minutes to get our food (it was NOT the 2 guys fault, they were working it, and the food was good…they get all 5 stars). Shame on the manager!
