Its the manager yelling at her employees on the floor for me. The drive through people are being yelled at to move faster while they are waiting on food. And there has been about 3 other altercations of the manager screaming at employees. The whole dinning room is talking. Even my kids said they can’t believe she is screaming at them like that. I can see why my order was handed out wrong. It’s such a high stress area. I came back to replace my sandwiches. And didn’t even wanna deal with getting my coffee made to the correct size. The people being yelled at are actually very polite, cleaned tables any time they had to wait on food. And I even saw them politely communicating to eachother for help.

Lady working at night (drive thru) must hate this job. It was understandable that the frozen coke machine and shake machine was already down for the night at 11pm but sorry not sorry that on an obviously dead night u can’t appreciate revenue. She nearly threw our drink at us thru the window. So rude to use and stared at us like she wanted to fight us… I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even ask for ketchup for my meal. She took our payment then with the same hand she handled our payment went and served our onion rings. At this point I was noticing everything she was or wasn’t doing. She was obviously filthy, maybe she was working hard all evening and we just caught her in a bad moment but we will never return we were so unwelcome

Seeing as how most restaurants return/refund policy is a you must have the offending food order in hand to replace it and I’m super hungry imma just cut around and eat the rest.
