As I have walked over 32 minutes to eat here with my two service animals I was denied service. The manager was a white older lady with false teeth and burgundy hair. She denied me service and laughed In my face. This is unprofessional and against the law as service animals are allowed to company me and I was just being polite by informing her. I would not eat here and give these unenlightened people my money. They even have buckets collecting what looks like to be water exposure from the ceiling inside the building which looks to a safety and health concern. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I asked for ketchup for the fries and I assumed I would get marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Who eats fries and mozzarella sticks without ketchup and sauce? i didn’t get ketchup and sauce, but I just wanted to get out of there without being emotionally scarred for the rest of the night. Was less than impressed. I made a mobile order for pickup and when I went in to pick it up and told the worker at the counter I wasn’t sure where I set the pickup for “drive thru or inside” and he said that I could pick it up either didn’t matter so I gave him my name. He said ok. There was a big group ahead of me so I figured it was a little behind from that so I waited. A couple came in behind me and he had me move down to wait. He was all about how he was leaving in 5 min and was focused on that that he never even looked or passed along that I was waiting for my food. After I had waited 15 plus minutes and he was gone I looked at monitors and didn’t appear like anything that was my order up there and I asked again to the other worker and he said “ohh he never told me”. My food had been sitting there the ENTIRE time. The worker was too busy worrying about getting bc out of work on time and ordering his food to pay any attention to getting me my food. I should have made them remake my food as it ended up being cold. But I was so frustrated I left. And then they didn’t even have the order right when I got home.

Burger and fries I purchased here were extremely hot. They were so hot I burned my mouth on the fries and they were well salted. The sandwich I ordered was arranged according to BK standards and I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the experience at this location.
