I will never return here.. the cashier and MANAGER have Terrible customer service!! They both had a attitude because my husband asked for no salt fried. He is diabetic and never gets salt on his fries. The sandwiches were thrown together and drowned in mayo. The manager on shift tossed the fries on the tray and said here’s your salt removed fries and rolled her eyes at us.. smh. Terrible attitudes!!

We stopped by here three times coming and going to Michigan Adventure (2-day pass). The first stop was on our way back to our hotel in Grand Rapids. I just wanted to order fries and drinks to snack on because we didn’t eat much at the park. We ended up stopping by twice more a couple of days later for our day two of Michigan Adventure.

Tried to buy a gift card before getting lunch, but the cashier who came to help me said she wasn’t sure how to do them. Okay, fine, I’m a cashier myself and still have trouble with gift cards, it happens. But when I asked if she could have someone else do it, she didn’t even ask anyone, just told me she didn’t think anyone there knew how to ring them up.
