Fries were covered with enough salt to kill a horse, sandwich was drowned in sauce. Absolutely disgusting. I pity the kids who have to work here because their management is an affront to humanity if the food has anything to say about it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Burger King. I don’t usually expect to be wowed by chain fast food restaurants but the experience here was great. They were busy and everyone was working hard. The person taking orders at the counter was very friendly and knew the names of all the regulars.

I am never eating at this location again. EVERY time I eat here I get violently sick with food poisoning… Ive eaten here three times with three to four months in between the times I’ve eaten here, yesterday Aug 28 being the last time. Highly suggest people steer clear of this location, I can’t be the only one that this is happening to!

Not recommending to go here anytime soon. So would of prefer to not recall my last time here cause experience was horrible when I went here three days ago but Google is asking for a review so here it is. Went through the drive through got up to the kiosk and sat there for about 4-5 minutes before we started calling out to see if anyone was there no answer. Another car pulls up to the other kiosk so we sat to see if they where able to get somebody because maybe the one I was at was broken some how. Nope other car waited a bit but still no one answers. so while the other driver starts driving away I follow suite only to see that a 3rd car was at the window the whole time I was at the kiosk. And The person was waving their hands wildly at the kids inside. Irritated a bit but seeing as there was actually people supposedly working we drove back around to place an order and thankfully we got some kid to answer only to have to sit up at the window for about 10 minutes as we watch all of them standing around socializing inside until suddenly (we are guessing it was the shift manager or something comes from the back and they all disperse. And the food I order was finally being put together. Used to be the BK I went to cause service was great not anymore though. Little note the parking lot was practically empty except for 3 cars parked for more clarity. Huge incompetence on management to have staff get this bad.

This is literally the best Burger King location there is. The ENTIRE staff is extremely friendly. I work right up the road so go there for lunch more often than I should. Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’ve never left there without a smile on my face. BK food is BK food, but that staff deserves recognition and a raise.

We drove up to the outside ordering kiosk. The woman asked if we had an online order. We did not so she asked us to change to the other ordering kiosk. There was no one else in line, but we were made to back up and go to the other kiosk. Then when we picked up the order the kid just handed us the order. No “hi” or “thank you”. He was just standing there with 3 other employees and treated us very poorly. I know this is a hard time to get employees, but why irritate your customers? And have your employees learn some customer service manners!

We usually don’t order from McDonalds or Burger King….but someone in our car was craving it. We went through the drive through. Waited a few minutes until a voice came on and asked if we had a mobile order. We said no. He told us the first drive through is for mobile order only. We asked if they can just take our order real quick bc we are already there in line and there’s no one else here. He said no. We backed up to the second drive through and that same voice came on and took our order. We made sure to check to see if there were signs to direct us and let us know that the first drive through was for mobile order only. There were no signs. Poorly run location. Not to mentioned we were 3rd in line. We sat there for 30 minutes then finally decided to leave. We didn’t even wait to get our food.
