Ordered a Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich, it took forever to come out and they forgot to give me a straw so I had to wait even longer as I see 3 other customers drive off with their order. Didn’t want to wait for the straw so went home, the food was already cold and the bacon and onion rings I ordered were burnt. Called and was told to call again tomorrow, called the next day and they never picked up. Went in person and wanted them to remake it, they did and this is what they give me. bacon burnt… again… not to mention the cashier person was being rude. Feel uncomfortable asking for a refund because of the way I was being treated when I asked them to remake it.
