Don’t want to give a bad review but i have to be honest- many of the employees & management here are rude & argumentative, and sometimes shouting down at They’re customers. Not all the time but more than enuf times ive seen as a Longterm customer. I always say hello or hi and most of the time i get no responce, it Looks like they got an angry look on they’re face when i greet them. Ive talked to other customers in the restaurant to make sure it wasn’t just me and many have said some of the same things. I understand folks have a bad day once in a while or a bad customer sometimes- but they’re horrendous attitude is definitely apparent. I told a fellow customer there when i go to Mr. burger down the road- it’s Like the difference between night & day with how the employees treat they’re customers. She said it’s a huge difference. I hope BK management takes this review seriously because your definately Losing valued customers & profits no doubt. Have a nice Day.

Rude management and they had the audacity to put a chicken jr patty instead of the royal chicken patty on the royal chicken sandwich I ordered.. I paid about 6 bucks for a cold little piece of chicken on a huge bun. I ordered the same sandwich before and definitely was not the same piece of chicken. Clearly thought I wouldn’t notice or they were just too lazy to cook the right thing. I’d highly recommend going to a different location or go with McDonald’s next door.
