The whoppers had substance and almost looked like the menu photos for once! The fries were fresh, crisp, and salted perfectly. Both pops were very fresh and crisp. My kids and I enjoy going here , good food with great service. Staff is wonderful but the play area is filthy, especially up where the kids play, slide etc… it desperately needs to be cleaned with some mr. Clean and scrubbed.. the slide is caked with food.. even the booths where you sit are black .. my son spilled a pop and I used baby wipes to clean it up and after it was clean I started wiping the booth down more and the wipes were black.. I hope someone who owns this place takes the time to hire some cleaners and deep clean this place .. it needs it bad.

Maybe newbies were training…and If so, I can totally understand. But the wait in line was exactly 20 minutes from the time we pulled into line, until we drove away with our food. Fast food is a tough trade… But hopefully places are trying to live up to their category. The food was piping-hot and was delicious. Our order was also correct, which is also important. Hence the 3 out of 5 stars. Overall, not toooo bad.

I love this Burger King! They have the biggest and best play area for miles around. The kids love it because there’s lots to do in the play area AND the slide goes to the ground instead of being self contained. We’ve been here plenty of times for that reason alone! This time their buns were a little dry like they’d been frozen or something, but otherwise everything was great as normal.

10 minutes before they asked for order… been another 10 minutes without moving 3 feet… and, they’re still not able to take order, 2 vehicles sitting AT Speaker.. for past 10 minutes, STILL waiting to order. Pay AT pick-up Window- tells me short for workers. Sad. This Lication CAN NOT HANDLE 2 Drive through speakers… 2 vehicles just left, I might. Same 5 vehicles in front of me, for, going on 18 minutes, AFTER I ordered… Should be FREE.
