The big problem is that the owners of franchises in the area have to much money and they do not watch these places. The food was good service was adequate atmosphere was okay missing catch up cups. Told the lady at the counter, she said they’re out. So I grabbed a lid to a drink and put ketchup in it. So we can use it for a fries. When our food was ready it took the lady four times to look at the hamburger the Whoppers and kept going back and forth what a joke. Sit down at the table cuz I had to get our food and they delivered the other people’s poor service. Now all the sudden the guy comes up and puts the cups in there for the ketchup.
