I wish there was a way to rate in the negative. I would be giving this place -10 stars. We showed up today starving and tired. We pulled around to the drive through and there was about four cars in front of us. We sat and waited, one car pulled ahead. When the next car pulled up to order there was two cars still in front of us, not including the one ordering. We waited for 20 minutes. That person didn’t even order anything g worth that wait. Right as we decided to give up and pull away, the other two cars ahead of us pulled away, so we pulled up. Waited for another 3 minutes to order, when we pulled around to pay we had to wait yet again, after receiving our drinks we were asked to pull forward, not to mention the attitude the worker had was so disrespectful. We waited yet again!!! For at least another 10 minutes. I was starving at this point. So when they finally brought us our food I looked into the bag and they got our order wrong. They forgot to put in the chicken fries that we ordered and payed for and our fries were not cooked and soggy. I might just put in a petition that this place either gets new management or that everyone in there gets a swift kick in the butt. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We will not be visiting again.

Drive through. Should be simple. Was asked to wait. Someone left the button on so I could hear everything that was going on. Between customer interactions to employee interactions. When it was finally my turn 3 minutes later I placed my ordered. Immediately paid and was asked to pull ahead to the black pylon. I waited there an additional 6 minutes. Was handed my food. Order was correct thank goodness because if it wasn’t who knows what could have happened!

Compared to every other burger king I’ve been to this one has food that doesn’t taste like it was tossed into a microwave the workers are nice and seem relaxed and happy they unlike every other burger king seem to enjoy themselves working here rather than the normal miserable attitude

I just stopped to grab lunch in the middle of a 6.5 hr trip with my five year old….. a lady by the name of Kathy was working…… these five stars are for her. She was super happy and cheerful. She helped my son order his own food made him laugh and gave him a crown before she told him he was king for the day.

Cooks in the back were working hard to keep things moving. The front and drive-thru cashiers struggled to keep up and were bickering with each other, while the cooks tried to keep them focused. Ice cream machine was down and 90% of the tables needed to be wiped off. Would have given them one star if it hadn’t been for the extra effort of both cooks to keep things moving– how exhausting for them.

Stood at the register for almost 10 mins without even being acknowledged. Zero customers in front of us. I’m happy to be patient, but to not even get a simple, “we’ll be with you shortly”, (or something along those lines), is extremely poor customer service and reason for me to go elsewhere. An employee mentioned the line, and what looked to be the Mgr., waved her hand and said, “I don’t even let it bother me.” Which is great, as long as someone’s greeting the customers and/or taking orders. There were 5 employees that we could see and not 1 could acknowledge the customers waiting in line for that long? That’s customer service 101. There was a line behind us when we walked out and others chose to leave as well. Please just acknowledge guests in the future. We would’ve stayed had that been the case.
