First time I’ve been to a Burger King in Waterloo. Son gave me a gift card to use. Staff was amazingly friendly and listening to the staff while I waited, they all seem to work well together. Lots of please and thank you’s with each other. Fries were fresh and hot. Salted perfectly. Fish sandwiches was surprisingly very good! Fresh, hot and everything placed on the bun and not half in the wrapper like McD’s. Well done guys! I’ll certainly be back!

I had gone through the drive through and ordered onion rings, to my SURPRISE I was recommended by an incredibly kind and personable cashier to try the zesty sauce with it, I was like well ok why not, worst case scenario I just don’t like it. She had gone on and on about how this is her husband’s most favorite sauce and how if I like horseradishy things I will be OBSESSED with this sauce. Ok so now she’s got me excited about it, and boy was she right. I find myself going through the drive through atleast once a week just so I can get more of this life changing zesty sauce. Recommending little things like that truly made me a huge Burger King customer so I commend her for that!! I had never even known the sauce existed! Amazing.

Every other burger King is better than this one. A district manager needs to go in and clean house and rehire people who take pride in their work. The food has been disgusting yet the one 2 miles away on university in Waterloo tastes fine. What does that say. I know someone who works there and have heard the stories about what the manager let’s people get away with. Makes sense now that it will be closed at random times because no one wants to work. They don’t have to.

One of the best Burger Kings I’ve ever had. The staff do their best with the shortage they’re experiencing and always have friendly smiles. The food is always hot, made fresh, and quickly handed to me. Whatever they’re being paid, they need very high raises for all of the sassier, ruder customers rolling through that I’ve experienced.
