Waited 15 minutes at the driver through to order cause dude said hold on a minute. Then, we get up to pay he sailys hold on a minute again and vanishes… like 20 carabiner line all but 3 left. Like freaking ridiculous then another 10 minute wait for food idk what the hell they were doing but 45 minutes is ridiculous.

Once again, my favorite BK location in Waterloo. Pretty much the only one I’ll go to in the Cedar Valley area. This one always makes my food right, and actually makes the shakes correctly as well and not super runny like some of the other locations do. I appreciate y’all.

When I questioned price that didn’t match what the sign said, the woman was rude and wouldn’t correct it so I had to pay inflated price. Waited 25 to 30 minutes in line. I will not be back. I was there once before and they ask if you want a med or large to trick you into thinking you get a med with the meal and if you don’t specify small which is not one of the choices they give you, they will add that onto your bill. Pretty shady. $22 for 4 value meal items (1.89 each) and a whopper meal. $9.62 Shameful.

Lee was very rude. Not smart enough to put a lid on a cup. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told to drive around and wait longer for fries. The service is horrible. Maybe if the crew was outside smoking during a busy time, this store wouldn’t be a joke. I’ll skip the hassle and stop at McDonald’s next time.

To the night shift manager was so rude!! He wouldn’t allow me and my bf in but allowed a black woman in and we all walked in at the same time. Then he wouldn’t take our take out order told us to go thru drive thru. Finally when the night cashier did take the order he swore and tried bribing us out of extra money for him. It took over 20 minutes to get or 2 burgers and paid 18$! For them. no value mean just burgers. OH HERE’S THE KICKER. THEY WERE COLD BUNS DRY AND SKIMPY TOPPINGS….. It’s every single time at the location.. DO BETTER BK!! And I’m calling corporate and keeping this on blast. Such racist employees. OMG..I should of recorded the whole experience.

Ordered a whopper with cheese meal. Asked it ti be a medium size. I also requested no lettuce… got my meal was a small which that’s what they charged me for and it had lettuce on it. I’ve always liked Burger King, not so much the fries though, but it seems like no matter which one I go to the service is just Blah. That in turn definitely doesn’t make the atmosphere good. Almost Every employee that I would have an interaction with was the same just the simple what can I get for you and all the sm. med. lrg. Etc… and the total, an occasional have a nice day might pop out someone’s mouth but that was very rare. This has not just been a recent experience, it has been for the past 5 years or so. Now there has been those employees with the good customer service but that has also been a rarity. I don’t dare go to the one in Evansdale during the morning because the employees I’ve encountered there are rude as hell.

Took 15 minutes to get my food and the food was wrong, overcooked, and bread was stale. Worse burger king i have ever been to in my life and had soiled the whole brands name with this food. I’ll be taking my business anywhere else but burger king going forward.
