Hot, fresh food and friendly staff can only take you so far. I sat down with my meal only to get hit by water from a leaking ac vent(I assume). No sign, and there’s a small lil pool of it I thought was a spilled drink at first. Looking around, much of the sprinklers and vents are grody, with black dust on or around them. I’m not sure how much of a public health hazards that is or if the staff is even aware. Food was great, just not the best or cleanest place. Perhaps the building itself is Sapp Bros and they’re the ones that need to address the dirt

Lol they CLEARLY don’t drug test the employees at this location. One older lady was holding the place together while two of the three folks in the kitchen were having a VERY difficult time not spinning right out of the building.

I was in Burger King and when I tell you at this store is a black young man that works in there he is so horrible and rude. I asked for my food a certain way the little girl in the front was so nice she went back there to tell him that I wanted a special order and I wanted it hot off the grill I stood I do not advise anyone to visit that Burger Kingthere and watch him make my sandwich and put it in the microwave when I tell you I was so angry. And all the team members in there seemed like they were afraid of him if I was a manager there I would have fired him on the spot. I would not advise anyone to visit that Burger King in the afternoon because that’s when he works he’s.

I went late Monday nite with my sister to catch a bite before headin back home. Sadly her sandwich was wrong(she ordered the bacon&swiss crispy chicken)so we went back through the drive thru and the lady asked to see the sandwich not trusting us that it was incorrect. We later got a “cold” sandwich. Literally everything was cold. We both think they used the same old sandwich (crispy chicken) and just added the extra ingredients in it. The bacon was super cold and also the swiss cheese and the chicken. Btw my whopper was super salty. Just a waist of money and time.

This Burger King only had 4 very small orders up when he took ours which was only 2 sandwiches and all of us waited for almost an hour. The guy in the back came to the front and yelled at the customers and the manager did nothing. Worse place I have ever been and the most rude employees.

This is a fast food restaurant. I don’t understand how people can be expecting a five-star dining experience for the price of a $3 hamburger… The employees were friendly and I got a special order no problems!
