We stopped at this Burger King, but they were closed. I wouldn’t have been upset, but there was an employee sitting in their car on their phone. We walked past her to get into the restaurant, she said nothing. We went to open the door and it was locked. We were like, “Whatever, we’ll just go through the drive through.” Walked past the employee again. We go through the drive through and she tells us that they are closed due to staffing shortages. I’m not upset that they were closed, it happens. Put a sign on the door or at least say something when we walked past.

We had place our order 1:45 pm and was told to park and they will bring out the food. 15 mins later I had to go in and ask if our order is ready. And it wasn’t. Waited another 10 mins. As we got our order and took off back on road. As we started to unwrap, we didn’t receive a spicy chicken sandwich. It was a regular chicken sandwich and we order 6 Jr whoppers with no cheese and gotten the all 6 sandwich with cheese. They employee’s had know clue what they were doing. Very poor service.

RazorFlix
The staff were really nice! However the establishment looked disgusting and the service was very slow. That’s likely due to staffing issues. It’s time to let this Burger King go and allow a new franchise to step in. With the new Arby’s, Qdoba, and McDonald’s in the area they won’t keep up like this. First time visiting in 8 years and I was reminded why that is.

Woodss Gaming
I was literally the ONLY car there. Stopped there before work at 7:15am (hour and 15 min after opening) and I ordered a burrito (they had no burritos of course) no big deal, I’ll get a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Drive 3 minutes to my job after getting my food, open the bag to eat in my car. I can already feel that the sandwich is cold. It feels like it had been sitting on the counter for 2 1/2 hours. Lone behold, they didn’t give me a receipt or put one in the bag either so of course, nothing I can do about it but not recommend this place.

False advertising!!! It’s a couple minutes before 7:30 in the morning and I had some time to kill. When I got to the door it was locked so I went to the other door so I knew the employees could see me. I’m positive they saw and heard me pulling on the door. Instead of letting me in they hid. I’ll definitely remember what kind of people work here now that I know. I don’t like those people handling anything I’m going to eat.

This restaurant deserves negative starts. It’s no reason why customers should be waiting 20 minutes after they paid their money through drive through, to be waiting in a line full of paid customers. I’m not sure how many employees is working in the kitchen but there’s no reason why 8 cars should be parked outside and no customers inside the building. And everybody waiting for their food.

The sign outside says open at 6 AM. The sign on the window says open at 7 AM it is 7:05 AM and the store is still closed. The store has never been open at 6 7 or 8 AM any time I have stopped by. This has got to be the most pathetic Burger King restaurant in the Milwaukee area.

Went through drive thru. They made me pull around. Ordered a whopper meal nothing special. Took over 20 mins to get my food!!! So much for fast food!!
