Oh. My. God. This burger king location absolutely SUCKS. It pains me to even give it one star. The service is awful, the worst I’ve ever experienced, and not just from one employee there. Multiple employees there have been outright rude, and disrespectful. Such as basically tossing your food and drinks to you, snatching your card or cash, slamming the drive through window in your face, and making comments such as “whatever” when you ask for clarification on your order, or anything additional such as a STRAW or NAPKINS. Not to mention the fact that our order is NEVER correct. Everyone there looks absolutely miserable. If they’re as miserable as they present themselves to their clientele, it’s in their best interest to quit, or better yet, be fired. It’s a shame to live in Twin Lakes and this fast food location really being one of the only quick bites available within a 5 minute drive, but you’re better off driving to Paddock Lake, 20 MINUTES AWAY. Absolutely awful, disgusting location. Should be absolutely ASHAMED of themselves.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there at about 7:30pm. I ordered two burgers and a large fry and I receive not even a full small fry. The most frustrating part was the girl taking the order was very rude on the speaker and then when we got to the window she ripped the card out of my partners hand. I am very disappointed.

Went this morning for breakfast. There was one car ahead of us. Worker came on the mic with “what do you want today?” Pulled up, still no greeting. Sat for a moment and she was giving us our drinks but talking to employee behind her about how she “was getting whiplash.” Didn’t even talk to us about the cost, my husband just gave her the card. She seemed annoyed by customers. I’ve worked customer service for 25 yrs. I get it. People can be awful but so can workers and this girl CLEARLY hates her job. I did not get her name but she had purple hair. We won’t be back.

For, this dream will not come to pass… Seriously, an employee was taking their smoke break, at the moment of opening hours. How do you take a break before the day has even started?

The cashier was extremely rude. Took my order and walked away, they were not busy. Didn’t give me my receipt and I had to grab it. Then the store manager refused to have a district manager contact me so as I could file a complaint. Telling me that Burger King does not have district managers. Then told me, well you haven’t given me a good reason to have them call you. If I’m filing a complaint against staff at the location. I do not need to disclose that information when the person who answered the phone is also involved in that complaint.

I like to leave the benefit of the doubt before I get all worked up about 1 bad experience but I’ve been to this location numerous times and it’s getting worse. Food is always wrong, never puts the sauce in the bag. It’s like a bunch of buddies from school are hanging out and occasionally handing out food. If I worked like this when I worked fast food, I would’ve been fired on the spot, but oh I guess you can’t get fired when there is never a manager around either. Be that person and make sure everything is in the bag before you drive away from the window cuz if you end up having to walk in chances are they’ll ignore you. Terrible
