This Burger King location is awful. To even get within the property is bad because right in front of the place there is street construction work currently going on. Once you go inside the place, there are hardly any workers and the ones that are there are more focused on drive-thru customers and don’t really pay attention to customers coming in to take-out.

We ordered Whopper, Whopper w/cheese, and Jr Whopper meals (family of 7) for dinner. This was our first time ordering from this location, and I honestly can’t remember the last time we’ve eaten BK food. More than 10yrs?! This was also my first time ordering online. We give them 5 s for the ease of ordering, the time it took to prepare our meals which were quick and hot, the soda didn’t taste flat, or at the end when there isn’t any soda syrup in the machine and the female worker working the drive-thru and helping to assist the cashier at the counter receives an A+!! She was awesome, and so was the manager/supervisor who filled the orders (Normally, our take-out meals from other restaurants are missing items). My first paying job was with Burger King ages ago and it was a pleasure to see total professionalism at this location. I can’t speak about the other locations. It’s been at least a decade since we last had their food. Also, the mayo (Not Miracle Whip!) and fries are still tasty together, as I’m sure the fries and vanilla ice cream are too. I plan to have that on our next trip to BK. Jackie if you happen to read this, I miss you and working with you at the Northridge location. You and the crew were a great bunch of people to work with and to get to know!

However the gentlemen that took my order, Rudy, greeted me with a wonderful personality and a friendly disposition. He made what has become a routinely impersonal transaction a pleasant experience! I will go back to this Burger King because of how Rudy treated me this evening.

If I could leave a 0 star review i would Very rude employees here and a very unprofessional manager who can NOT talk to customers professionaly Has a bad attitude and should not be working here or anywhere there are people.If u want to sit in the drive thru for 25 min with 1 car ahead of u and not even take ur order this is ur place to go. I will never go back to this location and nor will I recommend this location to everyone.
