Burger Kings food has improved noticeably since the last time I had it. The chicken sandwich is way better than McDonald’s. The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly. Second time at the new locating and both time have been bad experiences. I was the only person at the whole restraint as the staff were relaxed and chit chatting and seemed to be fooling around. Waited 10+ min for whopper jr. and fries all of the food was freezing cold fries we old and stale. How it could possibly be that cold without it being put in a fridge I have absolutely no idea. Would highly suggest trying one of the many other fast food in the area Kwiktrip burgers are 10x better and it’s a gas station.

Nice brand new location but sadly the service and food is just not up to par. It took me like 20+ mins in the drive thru with one car ahead of me for a fry and 4 piece nugget. They are very slow and rarely is anything hot. I’ll make the drive to the Windsor Rd. location instead.

I ordered two meals for dinner and neither of them were right I asked for no tomato and of course there was tomatoes I am allergic to them and did tell them that ! My other meal I asked for no pickles and what do you know there was pickles ‍♀️ I was so rushed at the ordering screen didn’t even get a chance to order anything extra even one of my drinks was wrong if the employees would just listen to the customer things like this wouldn’t happen ! Very unsatisfied this is the third time I’ve been there in the third time my items have been messed up. I think they need a better management crew there.
