Can’t get orders correctly I ordered a bacon king burger and some how they got a regular bacon cheese burger out of that which is not what I wanted I also asked for no ice in my drink which they still put ice in, the fries weren’t even fully warmed when I got them. If none of these employees can’t understand simple directions and English maybe it’s time to get a different job. How hard is it to make an order all you do is push buttons on the register and your cooks prep the food. Maybe it’s time for some retraining, honestly wouldn’t surprise me that the employees are under the influence of something while working

Well to start, don’t buy from here. I came in with the Family, bought 2 Ultimate Platters and a kids breakfast meal. The Ultimate Platters should be renamed the ultimate disappointment because that’s what I got. The picture shows a pile of bacon with the platter and we got was 1 and a half peices. Totally skimped. Second, I was double charged for coffee. Each platter comes with a coffee but was still charged two extra coffees. The cashier guy who took my order was nice. So no complaints there. The manager could be heard from sitting at the table making fun of people going through the drive-thru. But overall super dissatisfied and disappointed, Burger King had always been a favorite of my mine. But today was not a great comeback.

Huge thanks to Kasey for being so genuinely kind to me. My brain wasn’t working today and I hadn’t been to burger in a while so I go ask for “chicken fries with sour cream and a Jr chicken cheese burger” LOL I was so embarrassed! My face was burning red hot! She helped me laugh it off and made sure I got the sweet and sour and cheeseburger I actually wanted and everything was hot and fresh! Every once in a while I think about going to burger king, and then I remember why I don’t afterwards. They always mess something up. I’m assuming this place pays the worst out of all the fast food establishments in the area and it is reflected. At least the guy at the window was polite.
