Use to have good service. But went in for food, was rushed to finish order and got an eye roll from worker when I said I had sides to add. Then didn’t get soda and was scrutinized when I asked for soda that comes with combo. This was my main spot but now switching to Mc D’s since the kiosks there are not rude.

Placed an order for a Texas rodeo combo, beverages was nonsweeten ice tea and two whopper jrs. Hamburger were a little warm and cold. My ice tea tasted burnt and something else i couldnt describe. I couldnt drink the tea it was bad. Tried call the store several times no answer. Requested the owner to contact me thru survey but still havent received a call. Last time am going to burger king. I was cheated out of a drink and quality food.

First thing, I pull up to the drive thru, set there for a few minutes before someone said anything on the speaker. The young man taking my was unprofessional, I said my order three times and it was still was not right. The food was cold by the time I made it home, which was 10 minutes.

I mobile ordered and drove all the way to location over an hour before close 6/30/2023. I could visibly see the building was occupied with workers and employee cars were out front parked. I was ignored at the speaker and tried to drive to the window to obtain my already paid for food. I was not greeted and did not receive service. I am now without 15$ and did not receive my food. When I try to call for refund the number will not work. Will be sending all of this to corporate. Customer beware, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

Reason for 4 stars (almost gave 5) is the staff in this particular location, as food of course is similar across this fast food chain. People behind the counter were attentive, and joyful, which is not common in this type of joint.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received!! The kid at the register was on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge me until I said something. He told me a price that was way more than what I was ordering and I had a coupon that made it even cheaper. The kid wasn’t actually an employee but was the son of an employee who had her son do work when he wasn’t even supposed to be taking orders and handling payments. Another employee kept giving me evil looks the whole time I was waiting for my food. I realized when I got home that both my fiances and my orders were completely wrong and I had to drive all the way back there. Then my fiance had to repeat the orders 8 times when they were really easy. I really don’t understand how burger king is still around because ive had a bad experience at every burger king in Madison but this was the worst of them all. Im pretty sure it’s illegal to have someone working when there are not even an employee and im pretty sure he was a minor. I definitely won’t be returning to this burger king ever again or any of them!!!

Kind of in a rough neighborhood of Madison, but the staff was very nice, but I asked for chocolate ice cream in my oreo shake and got vanilla and the food wasn’t the greatest. The burgers weren’t very warm.
