Not impressed at all. Sure it’s a clean place, food is good and is SOMETIMES correct. However, management is trash. Jeff will not only talk to you in a nonchalant way, but he’ll yell at and cuss out his hard working employees. Don’t let the $15.50 starting pay blind you, its a horrible place to be in. No training,boss doesn’t care or help during tough times, management will escalate a problem rather than be a manager, AND they can’t get your order right.

My sister wanted burger King and we go through the drive through and order her food, when we got it and she ate the food and drinker the drink she discovered a soda dispenser part at the bottom of her cup, it was very disgusting and all dirty obviously they don’t do their job of cleaning the parts every night. We called the place and the manager just said “sorry” and left it at that.

I received a fountain drink in drive thru for my Autistic daughter, and brought it home, she drank it and at the bottom of the cup she found the nosil from the machine at the bottom of her empty cup, I figure sometimes stuff happens, but the Nosil looks absolutely filthy. I called and the manager didn’t seem all to concerned about it, and told me to throw it away.

I visited Monday around 11:40am and used the restroom before ordering, when I noticed I left my wallet in the car. As I headed for the door to get my wallet, the female cashier yelled, “Bye, thank you for stopping! You’re welcome!” When I got to my wallet in my car, I realized she was yelling at me, as she didn’t say anything to anyone else leaving. I came back in with my wallet and asked the lady at the register if she was the one who yelled at me. She said yes, and I explained why I left so quickly and that I was going to order, but that now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I told her to have a great day, and as I walked out she yelled “A*shole!” What kind of professionalism is this? I didn’t get the offensive, abusive cashier’s name, but check your cameras. I was the guy with the purple Skeletor shirt and yellow mask, but you’ll NEVER see me in your business again!

WORST SERVICE EVER … Sat in the drive through and watched the car next to me try to place an order for over 10mins. Ended up leaving and going to Arby’s next door. Went through Arby’s drive thru, ordered and received my food. Leaving Arby’s I passed Burger King and saw one car waiting in front of the building that was there still from when I left. Then the car that was next to me in the drive thru behind that one along with another car behind that. All still waiting for their order.

People we’re screaming at eachother while our food was being made, one chicken fry came with ten and the other one came with 8 and somehow it was my fault that happened, and all our food was undercooked, and just gross. Save yourself and your money and don’t stop here.

Big change since they first opened. I would have given two stars when they first opened. Now the Beaver Dam Burger King gives a very good burger. I would try it again.

It seems that *every time* we give this location a chance, they fail. Just today I ordered onion rings and a bacon melt. There are NO onions in my “onion rings”. It’s all just batter. And my bacon melt looked extremely sad and poorly put together, not even fully wrapped. Every single time, our food looks God awful and taste is less than par. I’d give no stars if it would allow.

I put my order in for a chicken sandwich, I waited for about 10 min. to hear an employee ask where my food was. Someone said we have no chicken ready. I asked you have not even put the chicken down yet!? She said they just put it down, i said im not wanting here for another 10 min. I want my money back. The manager came out very angry, yelling at the employees, I told them I had heard how bad this burger king was and told them so. They have a terrible reputation, I will never go back to the burger King on sunset drive in Waukesha! NEVER!!
