Drive thru would take only one car at a time. Sat at the speaker waiting to order until the car before us left the window. Got parked around the corner of the building, where our food was brought out to us. Got shorted 2 fries from our combos, 8-piece nuggets, and an order of cookies. Couldn’t walk in to the counter because lobby was closed at 545pm, so we had to go through drive-thru again. Same scenario – One car at a time, we got parked after paying again. While waiting second time another couple managed to get inside, apparently also had an order issue – We witnessed the employee storm off after snatching the receipt out of their hand to go get the manager. Assuming staffing issues, but their slow business reflects bigger issues as well. Food was sub-par, definitely lackluster in build, and temps varied. Hopefully they get things resolved soon.

I’ve had a few poor experiences at this location. I haven’t been to the location in a few months, however the last time I went through the drive through there were children playing behind the counter (children of the staff). I found this to be extremely concerning, mostly for the children’s safety, but also for restaurant cleanliness. I more than understand the world is understaffed but children behind the counter (maybe the age of 5) is absolutely unacceptable in my eyes. It’s fast food, so it’s hard to mess up the orders but when they do they are always willing to correct. I hope this location can remain open but fix staffing issues and safety in the restaurant.

Came hear to eat before I start door dashing. First and last time I will ever come to this Burger King. A male employee with a man bun threw his head set down and started yelling I’m not taking orders anymore. Stormed out the door and comes back in and proceeds to complain about the customer in drive thru. If this is how this Burger King lets employees act in front of customers I can see why they aren’t very busy. The place was dirty in general too.

So, this Burger King was closed for a significant amount of time and when it was open prior to my visit today the service was fairly bad. Today, I found out why. The staff that was working today was excellent, and the food was some of the best I’ve ever enjoyed from a BK in quite some time. Fresh, very tasty, and made to order. If you’ve been disappointed in the past, give them another chance. They deserve it.

I mean, it’s a BK… Expecting world class service from any of these joints is a very unrealistic expectation. This place has definitely gone down hill though and my realistic expectation is that it will be shut down very soon. Ordered a double cheeseburger and it came with only 1 slice of cheese. It was like they a had a cheeseburger ready and just threw an extra patty on it. Checked the company for official pics and it’s advertised with 2 pieces of cheese. Called the Columbus BK and some girl assured me a double cheese burger only comes with 1 slice of cheese. I don’t think that’s right… If you can’t get a simple burger down I don’t think you’ll be seeing BK in Columbus much longer. Expedite the process and don’t bother stopping.

I’ve had no issues with this Burger King recently. Order has been correct, staff has been nice, efficient. They get long lines at lunch time, but seem to handle it pretty well.
