I can’t believe this place is still open. Messed up order, cold fries, new fries were unsalted and chicken wrap was size of a chicken nugget! Guy who collected money/served me the food had orange cheetos face like a toddler and was easily 450lbs. I understand being understaffed. I work fast food as well. When a customer pulls up to the drive thru speaker, they expect to be greeted promptly. Had to say hello to even get a response and there was another customer ahead of me in line. Ordered 3 regular whoppers, 2 without onion. All 3 came no onions. And not even wrapped in traditional BK sandwich wrappers. Plain white paper. Crew person on headset seemed stressed with having to deal with customers. She wasn’t even dressed properly. Her work pants were halfway down her rear showing her bright red briefs. Thanks but no thanks. Shut your doors if that’s what you allow your customers to see.

Pulled up to the drive through the other day and sat behind a car for 10 minutes. Nobody ever came to the speaker. We all ended up driving off. Lights were on but nobody inside. This BK is very scary. I will no longer eat there. They have a major problem with employees. I do not trust having my kids eat there. They should just close down.

Fishiest Filet
Pulled up to the drive-thru menu, only to be addressed rudely by the employee with a consant annoyed tone. After ordering, I pulled forward and got the food practically shoved in my face and no receipt. After arriving home and pulling my fish sandwich out of the bag, I realized it was burnt beyond recognition. I literally banged the fish fillet against the table and it both sounded and felt like a brick. This is the absolute worst service + food I have ever received, and I will never be coming back here. This store needs to figure out its staffing and service issues quickly before they receive so many complaints that they lose all business. Would not recommend to ANYBODY.

Stopped in today @ 5 for a burger…no one even acknowledged me for 2 minutes so I said hello? and was yelled at they were busy and she’d be with me in a min. 3 more minutes go by, and again I said hello?…same rude response and I ask if they are even open, door is locked! What the heck kind of a business is this? When I finally got my burger, I asked why they were even open if they are so understaffed and the girl at the window told me to ‘shut up’!! Holy $xxt!! I will never go there again!! Shameful service!!
