its pretty dumb for burger king to have an exclusive deal with coke to have surge in their stores and not use it. the newest burger king in the area is the smallest and it’s the only one in the area with out a freestyle soda machine. the service is mediocre at best the music is too loud and the old style soda machine seals the deal. go here if I’m getting drive thru but go to plover if I’m dining in.

Our fries and drinks were not full. When I pay almost $30 for 2 meals I expect to get everything I paid for. The girl at the window seemed irritated when I asked her to fill our drink cup as it wasn’t full. Then she shut the window without saying anything. When you work in customer service pleasantries are a must, it’s part of the job.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. We pulled up and ordered a large whopper meal with cheese and bacon and onion rings instead of fries and a frozen Fanta drink honey mustard for the sauce. Lady over the speaker says whopper with cheese what to drink so we said it again and the bacon. As we’re telling her she says coke or Fanta so we said Fanta AGAIN. We’re looking at the screen and it’s not showing our whopper meal correctly so my boyfriend checks to make sure it’s right and asks if there’s mayo onions and stuff as well on it she says there is but you ordered it with only cheese and bacon so no there’s not. At this point I’m sick of the disrespect and attitude we have gotten since we pulled up and informed her we’re going to another location because I don’t like her attitude. She responds with I answered your question you asked a question and I answered it. No ma’am you answered snarky and you heard wrong to begin with we never said only cheese we said a large whopper meal with cheese and bacon and onion rings. Horrible customer service horrible staff. Almost daily I get food for myself and my employees from somewhere after a job and I’m certain to say we will never be coming back to this Burger King. I do not trust someone with such bold and disgusting attitude handling mine or my employees food.

Went here the other day me and my family had a fat lazy looking manager finger nails dirty workers looked unprofessional as well manger clothes had dirt on them along wrinkles …..I was so disgusted and didn’t even want to eat there …..manager wasn’t friendly as well didny speak say how u doin nothing jus rude make managers and employees look professional again along with grooming

Stevens Point is the WORST Burger King I’ve been to and the manager was extremely rude. We ordered a texas whopper meal and 2 extra regular double whoppers burgers one no pickle and one no tomato. All 3 of them were wrong and all had jalapeños on them and the Texas had no bacon. so we had to drive back through the drive through and she told us we ordered them wrong even tho our receipt was exactly correct just the burgers were all wrong. She would only remake the 2 extras because “the Texas comes with jalapeños!” We know, but still missing bacon. And we dont want jalapeños on the 2 extra ones She! She said “well I heard you order a number 2 and it comes with jalapeños!” So we finally got sick of sitting at the window and said fine just make the 2 extras. So he never did get bacon on his Texas. There was no offer of any money off or coupons or anything so we paid full price for these AND ALL of the patties were very burnt. It was gross and we tossed most of the order out. Such disappointing way to spend $30.
