We went to Burger King #6547 today (4/1/23) and this was our first time inside the new building. The first thing we saw was a yellow caution cone in front of the soda machine that we later noticed was an absolute mess. The floors in front of the soda machine were sticky and covered with whatever had spilled prior to the caution cone finding it’s place. The next thing we noticed was a tray full of garbage ontop of the trash can by the front door, not the best welcome into a restaurant. We waited a few minutes, but placed our order at 12:29PM. There were three of us, we ordered three sandwiches, two drinks, 2 onion rings and 2 chicken fries. There were two couples in the dining area and one waiting ahead of us in line for his food. On our way to find our seat we noticed five tables that hadn’t been cleaned after their last use, and the dining room had bits of napkins and food all over it. Our food did not come out until 12:50PM and only after I went up to the counter to ask how much longer it would take. After explaining that they had a very large online order that came up, they told us that they were only waiting on our onion rings and they gave us the sandwiches and the chicken fries and brought the onion rings at 12:54PM. Knowing the sandwiches were sitting in the warming window for quite some time (we could see them put the sandwiches up there when they were finished ) they were lukewarm and some of the onion rings weren’t cooked all the way, they were soggy and since thats all we were waiting for they should have been the freshest item we had. The store had six employees, one took orders (Violet), four were working on the line making the food, one looked like she could have been a manager (short green hair) but was on her phone off to the side most of the time, and another younger one looked like he was just getting there and was unsure what to do. All in all, I was not impressed with this Burger King, they had plenty of staff to ensure the dining area was clean, yet it looked like a tornado ripped through it and no one except the customers seemed to notice. The bathrooms weren’t terrible, but looked like they definitely needed attention as well. I would love to say that we would eat here again, but it’s the same service it has always provided, but I hope they learn how to take care of their store since it’s brand new. I would highly recommend drive-thru only at this store, the inside is not a welcome sight.

Forgot the sauce. Otherwise food was hot and they got everything right as ordered. Very happy with service. Would gladly come back. Tastes good.

My family and I stopped by burger king in Black River Falls as we were passing by on a five hour road trip. We were taking my sick grandmother in hospiss care to a family reunion. Obviously, since we had my grandmother, we needed time to relax for a minute before we got back on the road. My family was sitting in the parking lot and kept coming in and out of the restaurant because my grandmother kept needing us to grab things for her. My parents were inside and I walked in to talk to them. I threw a cup away inside that was not purchased from Burger King, and a woman that worked there (assumably the manager) approached me with a very rude tone. She said very harshly “You and your family can not keep coming in and out of here.” She takes my cup out of the trash and says, “This cup is not from here, you cannot throw it away here.” When there was no signage posted prohibiting outside trash being thrown away in the restaurant. She then handed me the cup straight from the trash and I walked out the store before explaining my families story to avoid confrontation. She had no regard for what was happening in my families life. She could have approached me very differently. The costumer service was awful. I do not recommend coming here.

I was in line with a friend, talking, friend ordered n it was fine, i tried ordering and they said they weren’t taking any more orders. It was me and one other person in line. They weren’t far behind or anything either. Only two other people were waiting for food. After a 7 min wait my friend got his burger.. it was 1245 on a sunday.. soo yea, i just got owned i guess

Just went thru the drive thru on hwy 54 in Black River Falls WI I ordered the 2 whopper jrs for $5 I waited in line for 14 minutes. My orders arrived and was less than luke warm. Burger King you need to do better! Unacceptable. Also please teach your employees not to call customers Hon as I was called that 4 times some people really do not like that. My review wouldn’t be good at all.

Ordered two rodeo burgers, drink and a cone. Waited 15 minutes while watching the manager walk around and six people stand by the food prep area. No food being made. No lid for my soda so went and asked for one. Was give. A different size cup. Still no lid fit. Finally, after waiting for 15 minutes, asked for my money back. The manager couldn’t figure out how to refund my credit card and said it should take a day or two, no more than a week. And if it wasn’t refunded, I should call back. Still couldn’t reverse the charge so I finally asked for cash back. She got mad, threw down her keys and then gave me cash. Went down the road and McDonalds filled my order in 60 seconds.

Stopped on the way through the state. For fast food, it was delicious and good value for the price! The whopper and fries were tasty, salted perfectly, and hot. Highly recommend as the value meal (with soda) was 2 meals for $10!
