Recently went through the drive thru and experienced some poor customer service from manager (i believe) Tiffany. Right off the bat she was very hostile over the intercom and she rudely interrupted us as we were asking for something at the window because we weren’t able to say it in our initial order because she rushed us to the window. Waited 20 minutes for our food and when we got it, it was cold and ended up getting the wrong sandwich but we still paid for what we ordered and got something that costed less. Very upset.

I’ve never been a big fan of Burger King but decided to go here because we waited ten minutes at another restaurant inside & were never waited on or acknowledged when employees saw us walk in. I ordered a Whopper Junior meal- unbelievable the size of the sandwich. It should state (kid size) tiny would be an understatement. Fries were cold. For the price you pay the quality/quantity of food you receive is unacceptable! I would never recommend or return. Service was ok.

To be honest, our meal was unimpressive. The burger and ghost pepper nuggets were decent, but the chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches were slightly overcooked and tasted like old oil. The spicy one had some sauce on one corner of the chicken, but only that one corner. We also got an order of jalapeno cheddar bites that were overcooked, dry, and also tasted like old oil. I’m not sure if this is standard for this location, but we won’t be in any hurry to go back.
