BAIT AND SWITCH scam on doordash. They will accept your order for items that have already been discontinued and wait till your dasher gets to the store to say they can’t complete the order. If you cancel an order after your dasher is there then the restaurant gets to keep your money. So you have to go through customer service to try to get your money back or accept them filling your order with things you didn’t want. If they were honest about their menu I could have ordered from somewhere else and not wasted an hour of my day.

I went through the drive through for two burgers with only pickles, had to repeat the only pickles comment two to three times and then it was on the monitor. We paid in cash, no receipt. We get the food, the burgers are circled on the top as only pickles, I bite into one and it has ketchup and mustard.. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but if your gonna take the time to lable it one way it better be that.

Yes!!! Thank you guys!! I love burger king, and I LOVE that BK has several locations in EC. but some of the locations are not at all great. Took my kids here tonight, it was clean, it was amazing, it was delicious, it was fresh. In fact, I’ve never seen my kids chicken nuggets look so good and fresh. The employees were awesome, friendly, and cleanly. I am so grateful we now have a BK we can feel comfortable going to. You guys are killing it THANK YOU! They even had the kids crowns made and ready on the counter. You guys rock!

Very unfriendly, guy at drive thru window said three words total which were “here ya go.” Our shakes came out with ice cream all over the tops and on the sides. We were given one napkin in the bag, which wasn’t enough to even clean off the mess. Fries didn’t have any salt at all. Dissapointed.
