Yesterday, I was doing a thing where my friend and I went around Eau Claire to find the best taco. We wanted to keep it even, so we didn’t try any fancy orders from the menus. Just a standard taco with ground beef, cheese, and lettuce. Now, I know what you’re thinking, “Burger King doesn’t make Tacos.”. That’s what I thought, but I looked it up. (Check the picture) It says that tacos were on the menu. So my friend and I drove down to see if this was true. Pulling up to the drive thru, we were greeted pretty lacklusterly by some guy named Kyle. He sounded stoned, but not even in a good way. So I asked, “Can we get two soft-shell tacos, please?” He paused for a moment, then said, “We don’t serve tacos here sir.” I start to reply with, “I looked it up and it says that I can get tacos here” But he cut me off repeating himself, “We don’t serve tacos here sir.” He sounded annoyed with me, and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. Sat in 2nd drive-thru in front of speaker for 15 minutes while 1st drive-thru had 6 cars go through and place orders. I tried talking to the speaker but was ignored. I finally left the speaker and eventually made it to the window and tried to place my order through the window and was told I could not. Terrible service and they don’t monitor their 2nd drive-thru lane for cars or customers. I used my entire 30 minute lunch stuck in the drive-thru and didn’t even get to eat lunch, guess I am going hungry today.
