Waited in the drive-thru for a solid 15 minutes (not joking) but couldn’t leave because I was boxed in between cars and the single lane drive-thru. Finally got the speaker, to wait another 5 minutes before anyone asked for my order. I said no thanks and just drove off. Complete waste of time and a similar experience to what I had had in the past. This location has definitely gone way downhill over the years.

The cashier that helped us was super helpful & attentive right as we walked in. We had our toddler with & she brought the food to us & was so friendly. I wish I remembered her name, she deserves a raise! Only complaint is there wasn’t any sort of changing table for us to change our son.

So… The kids here are friendly, don’t get me wrong. But I honestly don’t think that that’s a reason I should have to drive back twice for an order that is still wrong. I understand they had someone new, but obviously he needs more training. But that doesn’t excuse the last time, and the time before that. Honestly, if you’re craving BK, find another one

Aug 29, 2023 – Disappointing! Very long line and wait in drive thru, only to be told they had the wrong order, so even longer wait. Being busy didn’t seem to bother staff who seemed to be moving in slooooow motion (no sense of urgency). Ordered 4 junior Whoppers and fries – sandwiches were missing lettuce and were very sloppy.

I know that a TON of negative feedback has been shared via Google and other social media platforms. The franchise owners continue setting this restaurant up for failure, it’s shocking the turnover and lack of consistency around hours and quality control. It’s easy to point the finger at staff but it comes down to the owners support which they clearly lack. I don’t see this location ever shaking the bad reputation any time soon, sad.
