The manager/supervisor I spoke to today 8/26/2023 was the most rude person i think I ever encountered via phone. I called to ask if I could change my drink order that’s as ordered DoorDash, and he said there was no order that came in via DoorDash, and I told him it said Hastings. He then preceded to say “well there are a lot of Hastings. Hastings, Nebraska, and was listing more, etc.” He was absolutely no help, and a complete and utter tool. Never again HASTINGS, MINNESOTA BK. Never again.

The website for this location as well as on door dash claims you can get burgers during the breakfast hours. I drove out of my way to get a whopper and was told at the drive thru they could not make it until 10 30. Which is not what they advertise. Either it is false advertisement or the employees are lazy and didn’t want to make it. The employee at the drive thru also was rude when I asked for a whopper. Been at this location in the past as well a few times and always seems to be a problem with employees not having any customer service skills at all.

Countless times I’ve gone to this specific location to get lunch, dinner, etc. , and it’s been incorrect or the food has been poorly made. I’ve never been more disappointed with a food service. You can see through the window that the kitchen is poorly kept, the workers are never on task or acting as though they’re not at work, or they’re just rude to the customers. I can’t count how many times i’ve had a drive thru window shut on me mid conversation with an employee. On top of that, management has no respect for customer satisfaction or care. When calling about a mistake on an order, I was hung up on after receiving an awful attitude. I can tell why the employees don’t enjoy their job with the management i’ve witnessed. I’ve heard nothing but poor things from past employees and staff, and I’m nothing if not disappointed beyond belief.

Didn’t get straws, missing a rodeo cheeseburger that was on the screen after ordering. Also, this is my “medium” fry after adding “bagglers” from the bottom of the bag. Didn’t get a receipt so I can’t formerly complain. What a joke.

Placed an online order, and was informed AT THE DELIVERY time of the order it was canceled, because apparently it’s they closed at 2PM, (order was placed at 2pm and was supposed to be delivered at 2:33pm) had to call just to be told to call customer service for a refund. Online on google it said it was open till 3PM and I was allowed to place an order. So now I spend over 20 minutes holding on custom service just to tell me that it was refunded and it’ll take a week to get my money back. Understand that you’re low staffed, but at LEAST notify me after I place an order not wait until the time it’s supposed to be delivered, send me a text saying haha it was canceled lol and make me call. Seriously a waste of time.
