Terrible customer service! The guy who was taking our order at the window didn’t even cover the soda lid tightly while handing it to us, so it spilled all over my car as he watched. He ended up having us drive around and wait in the parking lot so he can bring out our food. 15 mins went by so I went inside to let him know we’ve been waiting for our food. He said “it’s on the counter”. Learn some customer service skills and if you hate your job that much then find another one. Don’t come here!

Why get a job here if you don’t want to do it? Seriously?! If you can’t handle customer service go get a factory job or literally anything else. The two girls seemed very inconvenienced to have to take any orders. She missed hearing my daughter say three large drinks, so I ordered them separately and paid separately, apologizing for the inconvenience and the employee was still stanky about it, only gave me two cups and walks away. After standing there for a few minutes being ignored I just grabbed my own cup. My family and the families of the children I had with me will definitely not go here again. We stood in there for at least a minute after one of the employees looked around the corner and still were not greeted. We could hear them debating on who was gonna have to do the job they are paid to do.

Very rude employee told me he wouldn’t take my order because he had ear surgery. It is not the customers fault if he is incapable of doing the job he was hired to do. If he can’t hear then he should not be taking orders. I left and gave my money to McDonald’s

The food was OK, it could have been a little fresher. I had to practically ordering in drive through as I kept getting told they couldn’t hear me. I have a fairly loud voice so that was a bit surprising.

The Food is decent but the people working are quite possibly the worst customer service workers I’ve ever seen. The drive through menu has the attached unhinged letter taped to it that is just douchey. Additionally the bald man working the drive through screamed at the car in front of me and made everyone in line very uncomfortable. This place should just bite the bullet and go under already.

Absolutely will NEVER be stopping here again and come quite often… ordered 2 whoppers WITH CHEESE no onion or tomato didn’t receive what we ordered, called to inform them and they claim it was rung in without cheese and there for made my order correct even though we ordered it WITH CHEESE… was never given a receipt so I will never know if I was charged for it… STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Every time I order from this location it seems like an inconvenience for the drive thru to take my order. Have been told several times to come back in 15 minutes because they are doing a shift change or don’t have enough food prepared all during lunch when they would be busy. The drive thru always tries to rush you and as a result the order is often missing an item, or they only rang up half of your order and then try to blame you. Having worked in fast food for 9 years, I know it does get hectic, but having it happen 90% of the time can’t be a coincidence. You can tell the employees don’t want to be there and are often in a bad mood.
