Since I work in food service I am usually patient, understanding, and easy to deal with when it comes to drive throughs. I understand that it isn’t always fun but I never treat any customer I have ever had with the absolute disrespect I have faced in this burger king drive through. The workers are rude, disrespectful, and incredibly difficult to speak to. I wanted a burger not their awful attitude. I left this drive through in tears due to the foul customer service. Do not do business with this establishment. Everytime I go the service is terrible and the food is always cold. Last time I went I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and the chicken was discolored and tasted horrible. It looked like it was not cooked all the way. I tried to go back to the restaurant and the manager said she couldn’t do a refund because the system wouldn’t let her. I have worked in fast food so I know she is lying. So your telling me they have a way to charge your card but not put the money back on. Does that even make sense. The burger king on county road I is full of scam artists. They really need to start hiring people who have more than 2 brain cells.
