In my experience for breakfast on a weekend morning, BK might as well replace the employees with a vending machine. No pleasantries extended by anyone except for how much the total is. Additionally, my order seemed to be waiting a few minutes for potatoes. When I tasted them, they were room temperature. I don’t understand the need for the wait then. I guess I can’t complain though. This location has never been notable for great service or good, hot food. Stop by here if you’re an introvert who doesn’t like small talk or colloquial speech in general.

The manager (Quinten) was the most welcoming and kind person to everybody who stepped into the restaurant! He went above and beyond to please the customers. There were two handicapped people sitting in the restaurant and he went over to help set up their seating and then he took their orders while they remained at their table. He then took their payment, had their food prepared, and even got them their drinks. Another older gentleman came in and he brought the man his food. The man told him he came here because of his wonderful service! This manager is an asset to the restaurant! Eat here if you want to have the best fast food experience! As I’m writing this he just rushed to open the door for the women in the wheelchairs to help them out. He then thanked them for coming! He’s incredible!!

I think they are short staffed so that’s why they can be a little slow but I have never had a bad experience! Delicious burgers, no incorrect orders, and the customer service is awesome. Definitely a BK I will continue to go to.

Ordered the chicken parm sandwich and two Jr whoppers without tomatoes, clarified the “without tomatoes” 3 times. The chicken sandwich tasted sour, and low and behold TOMATOES in both the sandwiches I clearly asked to leave off. Not the first time this location can’t get an order right. Always seems like the staff are asleep at the wheel. Don’t even know why I bother going back. No smile at the window, no polite customer service, no thank you for order, have a great day, come again… just a bottom of the barrel give us your money, here’s your food that we didn’t care enough to get right *yawn* bye. Ugh, utterly and pathetically ridiculous!

We were waiting in the drive through line, after not moving for 5 minutes we decided to just eat inside instead. Their hours say their dining room is open from 6am-8pm yet their doors were locked when we tried to get some lunch at 1:40pm. People were inside the dining area, I assume employees but they just stared at us. What a waste, no wonder this location has terrible reviews. So instead we left and went to DQ, better burgers anyways!!!

I was the only customer at the time. Ordered 2 sandwiches and was told to wait at the entrance for the 2nd sandwich and they will bring it out once it was ready. Waited 15 minutes and no one brought it out. I had to go in and and told them to give me my sandwich which was already made waiting at the rack. The worker picked up my sandwiches and just handed to me without a bag. So it took 15+ minutes to make a sandwich for the only customer in line, and no car was at the drive thru at all. Worst BK of all. No wonder why it has a 3.1/5 score. Never coming to this place ever again!
