They messed up an online order 3 times and still couldn’t get it correct. The cashier was vocal and called us vatos when we told her the order was wrong. The food was cold and they still had onion rings in with the hash browns when we received them. Cold food, dirty restaurant, and very poor service. Im not going to Burger King to argue, just wanted my meal that I paid for. Stay away from this BK!

Feel like being talked down to in a drive-thru? Stop on by the Nicollet Ave Burger King and order up a Crispy Chicken Jr or two. All the drive thru guy will hear is “Crispy Chicken” and charge you for the $6 sandwich when you really wanted the $1.89 Jr version (that you clearly asked for)…after you question the order amount at the window, prepare for a good scolding by the order taker for ordering incorrectly.
