Went through the drive thru ordered 2 burgers. Got chicken tenders instead. When I called to get it fixed there was no manager and she wanted me to bring back in today but when I said I couldn’t she recommend I come in tomorrow. When I asked to just send a gift card for it her reply was we do not do that anymore. Really. Never will come here again if you cannot take care of a mistake and make someone call me back.

Only two service staff and they were overwhelmed with around 6 customers came at the same time. I went to dine in. There were wait times for about 10 minutes to take the order. Similar situation on the drive through also. Gave me the wrong burger then they replaced it. Gave me regular fries instead of onion rings that I ordered. Didn’t bother to ask for a replacement. The parking lot was covered with ice. So dine-in is a safety concern.
