This place is super close to my bus stop so I stop by for lunch often. Crew has always been super nice and attentive to me. Ollie May is a ray of sunshine and deserves a raise. I also think it’s sick that there’s still an inside play area at this location, it’s super lame that others have had theirs removed. Protect this one at all costs.

A BK with a playground? Awesome! But then you get inside and discover it is pretty gross. The kids area has not been deep cleaned in….ever. the ketchup seemed diluted with water or some other thinning agent. Barely taste it. Food was ok. The fries were the freshest thing and they had no flavor! Not returning. Not recommended. It might not have a playground but the BK in the mall of america is 10x better.

Definitely what I expected from burger King. Can’t beat a 1.49$ 8pc chicken nuggets. It was good, came with ranch and buffalo sauce which were also good. The customer service was actually better than expected. They thanked me and responded your welcome when I thanked them back. They also allowed an old woman to come to the drive through for a meal without a car since their inside is not open. For fast food, was a good experience.

It’s clear to me why Burger King’s are disappearing all over after my visit to this store. The food was awful and the service was horrendous! I didn’t see a single smile on anyone’s face nor did I hear any pleases or thank yous from anyone including the manager who was scrubbing some dirty shelving unit right on top of the front counter revolting!!!!/

Bad service, consuming inside the place, I get up to ask for an extra order and they refused to sell it, because they said that they had already closed when it was 10pm and the place said that it closed at 12am. Thanks to your lousy service my daughter was left hungry. I will never eat at that place again. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
