Came here with my mom and little brother and ordered 8 pieces of nuggets, a whopper meal, a big fish, and a 6 piece kids meal. All of these items came out fresh and hot. It was certainly worth the wait and the staff was so friendly too. The cashier was very friendly and funny and the people in the kitchen were very friendly and quick. If you get someone who seems like manager they couldn’t be any better at delivering fast, accurate orders. The rest of the time they seem to have NO idea what they are doing. I was told to pull ahead and park at the drive-thru, handed the wrong order multiple times, asked my order multiple times, 25 minutes later they brought out my 3 items. I guess you get what you pay for being one of the cheapest fast foods out there. I’ve had inaccurate orders, undercooked chicken. Order at your own risk.

Horrible experience. I couldn’t use my coupon because I didn’t say I had a coupon when ordering ay the drive thru. And the lady said she was too busy to void the entire order and re-enter it since she was working the window and the diner register. To top it off, they missed my chicken fries. So not only was my coupon not accepted, but I didn’t get my entire order. No wonder this place has under a 3 start rating

Came in around 7:30pm on 5/6/23. Employee took my partners order and messed up on the register so the Hispanic manager got upset at us because the employee messed up and manager stated she wasn’t gonna charge us, Ok great. Also I made a separate order for myself and same employee took my order, I told him I wanted the 2 for 8 chicken sandwich and instead rung up 1 sandwich for $4.99 so I told him I wanted the 2 for 8 not just one sandwich so he brought the Hispanic manager over again and she got mad at us because he messed up again, how ridiculous of this lady. After we were done I wanted zesty sauce, and the Hispanic lady got smart with “Oh, we have to charge you it’s gonna be 25 cents.” Not ordering here again, the one in Brooklyn park has better service.

Requested heavy mayo and heavy tomato, receieved very little of each. Heard cashier at window specifically ask cooks if they had both and heard a response of yes so didn’t check until out of the area. Chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. Service was very slow and lines were getting backed up. Attempted to go here for breakfast before work on several occasions and discovered that nobody was working (hours were correct and posted – assume people just didn’t show for work). Poorly managed, bad service and bad food quality, wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not return again.

I need to say that the Burger King that is at 9725 Xenia Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443 has really turned it around. I haven’t been there in quite some time because the food was always cold and just bad. I was dying for a whopper a few weeks ago and returned for the first time in over a year.

Last time we will dine at this location. The staff was not very friendly, the dining room tables were not well cleaned and the burgers were hardly warm, as well as the onion rings. There seemed to be alot of unneeded chatting behind the counter which seemed to delayed us getting our food. We have tried coming here many times in the past few years, but today we decided it would be the last. Very, very disappointed…
