My recent experience at Burger King was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order for pickup, but upon arrival, I found the front register closed off with a gate. Despite asking an employee for assistance, they simply informed me that the front register was closed. I then went to the drive-through, only to be told to go inside for my food. The interior was a mess, with food spilt all over the floor. To make matters worse, another employee warned us about the team member managing the dining room, stating they might yell at us for choosing to eat inside. The state of the bathrooms was appalling, with disgusting conditions and racial graffiti. Overall, it was a truly unpleasant visit.

Posted hours out front and in drive through say lobby opens at 7 but they said it’s not open tell 9. Went through the drive through the guy kept repeating the total to me several times after i told him my method of payment and had to hand over my card for payment, for liability a places shouldn’t have to remove a card from the customer.

The manager was extremely rude. The workers were rude. We were refused service. Refused service due to a disability. Ignored completely by workers. Served cold food on other occasions. Missing items from the order is a regular occurrence here. When contacting the store about any issue, I’ve been met by hostility, questioned about my location, denied the ability to purchase food/condiments, lied to, etc. This is by far the worst Burger King anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Well, unless you like it that way.

At the 27th Ave W Burger King. Been there 3 times this week and every time I go there. A guy with a horrible attitude. Greats me via drive thru and says.” What do you want! “Sounds like I’m being yelled at. This guy is in his 40s. Just seems like he doesn’t like his job. And huffs and puffs loudly under his breath. Makes me feel bad for wanting to go to get food there. When it tastes good and decent priced.

I ordered off Uber eats to get a burger form here. It got here, and it seemed fine. I noticed that the bacon seemed really fatty, which it usually isn’t. But I was like, “bruh, this is a really good burger.” So I kept eating it. I was over halfway through the sandwich before it finally clicked in my head that the bacon was not fully cooked to the level they normally cook it, and that’s why it still seemed so fatty. Honestly, could not be bothered by this, because the sandwich was still awesome. Would order it again. ❤️
