Went to drive thru and had the worst experience ever. Every statement was met by a very rude “HUH!?” and I had to repeat myself multiple times for every sentence, the lady working the mic tried to close my order after every time I spoke, I spent 10 minutes total, didn’t even got half my order done only to be told it had taken too long and I couldn’t add anything else to my order. 2 ITEMS, IT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO ORDER 2 NUMBER 1 COMBOS AND I DIDN’T EVEN GET TO FINISH MY ORDER. Get rid of all your employees and get some people who know what they’re doing. As it stands I’m never returning and expect this place to close shortly. This is just unacceptable.

I was very displeased with the disrespect from there employees tonight at 10:30pm on July 30 I work for doordash and there door for the lobby was unlocked so I went inside to get the order and the one lady with with blue dreads was rude and yelled at me told me I had to go through the drive thru because lobby was closed yet there doors were unlocked. I said I’m just here to pick up a doordash that they already had done and could’ve just handed it to me. But no the lady was rude and yelled at me to get out the store because the lobby was closed yet it wasn’t closed if your doors are unlocked. So I am giving this Burger King a one star for bad service. Find better employees that treat customers and the people who are delivering your food with respect.

Didn’t even order any food. It took a half hour for the 1 drive thru customer and we still had not been even greeted. It seemed really weird like the whole crew was on drugs. All 3 of them. Second time in a row this happened. This location should just be shut down.

0 Stars! Unfriendly staff! Extreme unfriendly manager!!!!! I just tried to explain that the order is not correct and because my son is autistic he will not accept the change in our order! The Asian lady that I think she was the manager told the staff to close the window?! Is it normal?? Costumer or guest is the king, without you will not be able to get your pay check!!

Walked in and waited at the counter whilst the employees ignore me for a few minutes. Young man approached the counter and told me “It will be awhile, sir.” When I asked what the delay was, he said “Orders, sir.” Inquiring further, I found a ten minute wait to be ok. When I went to use the deal in the app, it had lost my login. By then, I was ten minutes from an appointment, so I gave up with the encouragement of the employee to do so. Probably won’t come back. The second star is for being polite when telling me to f$@koff.

I find the food and pricing to beat most fast food restaurants. I always try and use the App as it’s extra savings and the rewards and deals are much better than the competition. I prefer over the Golden Arches.

Asked for food off broiler which they said they would do, so as normal I was pulled to keep the line flowing since my food was cooking. After my wait I get my sandwich only to not have bacon on it as the picture shows on their new ceaser spicy chicken but to have my sandwich kind of sloppily made. Of course I called and the manager was super nice and said they would replace it for me no problem. It just sucks I have to make another long trip across town to get my food corrected. I could have got a card sent to me in the mail but I didn’t really trust that so I chose to go back. Overall I’d still go back. I just wish things are done right the first time.
