Went to get a double whopper minus a few toppings, first time through we were at the final window for about 10 minutes with an order of only 2 meals. The burger was missing a patty and had spots of mayonnaise on only a portion of the bun and a small amount of one of the tomatoes. Second time through, we tried to get the correct burger and the girl at tge window was nice. There was a man in the kitchen area on his phone when we pulled through. When we got the “corrected sandwich” the burger was missing onions. Not sure how you fail to make a burger correctly twice but more power to them I guess. Definitely won’t be back.

A location a bit “long in the tooth”. Owner needs to re-invest into the premises. Employees seem to work hard, and food preparation no better or worse than other BK locations. Some visits I get the whiff of fryer grease in need of changing. Lobby hours at night inconsistent, nothing posted on door. If it was a student, I would give it a “C”.

The Coca Cola has a different taste to it. I thought it was a fluke the first time I was there and they needed to change out the syrup or it needed a new carb tank but I’ve been there 4 times in the past two weeks and it’s been the same each time and they have definitely changed out the product since then.

So I Finally went back to get my free original chicken sandwich meal and was told they had nothing showing it. I explained it was about 2 months ago. They didn’t care. I was told come back when general manager was there. Why? I’m not lying. I then just walked out.
