Had to wait forever on our food. Only to get a whopper on a Frisco bun, was told out of buns after I got my food. That’s something u need to tell someone while they are ordering. The fries and onion rings were cold. I have to say one of my worst experiences with fast food.

Was probably one of my worst fast food experiences ever. First of all, dining room was closed at 630pm, on a Friday night and there was only drive thru service. Then I sat 23 min in the drive thru line waiting to pull up to a window where I see an employee put my bag of food on the counter and wait another 5 minutes for another employee to take our money, give us our food and then he decides to pour our drinks! After proceeding back down the road I opened up my bag only to find a wet gross wrapper around mayo dripping chicken sandwich in which upon further inspection was a chicken patty in 4 different pcs. Moral of story is, I got dog food so you might to! This was my second bad experience here in less than 6 months.

I have worked fast food and retail and so know about both, and I would never have thought about going to work with dirty or greasy hair or unkempt. There was a very unkempt employee with long, what appeared to be dirty hair, flowing freely under his hat and not in a ponytail.

We pulled up to the drive thru and the lady asked us to wait a few minutes before taking our order. We waited over 10 and then pulled up to the window to order that way. When we pulled up to the window she began taking orders over the drive thru again and very pointedly ignored us for a few minutes. When she did open the window it was to tell us she was very busy and that’s why she had us wait in the first place. She refused to take our order because I didn’t give it over the drive thru speaker.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute worst service of non service. You close at 10pm yet at 940pm you tell several paying customers you are going to refuse to take their orders. What a joke of a business. They better learn how to value business before they put themselves out of business by refusing service to customers. Absolutely unacceptable!
