Extremely slow service! I know places are hurting for help. But this is the worst Burger King! They turned us away one time at 10:30am because they were already behind on lunch. Another time they were training during lunch time and it took 30 minutes to get food. Then today it took forever with only 2 cars in the drive through and this is what they found acceptable for French toast sticks. What a joke!

Showed up to the drive thru on a pedal bike and they told me they can’t serve to a paying customer on a pedal bike or walk up in the drive thru. How r u going to refuse service to a paying customer just cause they are on a pedal bike and the only option is the drive thru cause the lobby is closed!

Several times I have gone in this bk location for lunch, and half the time there will be 5 to 8 people behind the counter and literally after they all have seen there is a customer, no one will acknowledge there is a customer or let anyone know there’s someone at the counter. Just today I went in and waited a couple minutes and finally someone came to the counter but instead of taking my order the just stood there and flirted with another employee. I am on the clock when I go there and I end up walking out literally half the time. I would not recommend going here. I now go to little Cesar’s right next to it and get great service there.

Went there around 6:20 pm. Ordered and was not impressed. Out of the pop we ordered. Original Chicken Sandwich was super dry and did not taste good. They only filled our fries up 1/2 way…all 3 of them. They didn’t give us a receipt so I can’t contact them regarding my order. Very unimpressed.

Seriously…all you need to do is put “FASTER THAN MCDONALS!” on your billboard and you will get so much business. That mcdonalds by you is a joke, half hour waiting to order food. And go through your line, in and out in less than 10. Thank you for being efficient and courteous.

Walked in was not greeted. Took a few minutes for someone to take my order, as I was waiting I witnessed an employee eat off the line in front of customers. My order was pretty much thrown at me. Was not thanked or asked to come again.
