The hamburger tasted a little off. However the hamburger itself looked beautiful. We had to wait a little longer for our food but the awesome service made up for it. The bathrooms were disgusting but I kindly let the staff know and they got right on it. Overall an OK experience. Just another reminder why I DONT eat fast food. I stopped by with a coworker earlier and tried to go through drive thru. There was two vehicles ahead of us, when we got to board to order we were told to hold on for a minute so we waited patiently until 10 to 15 minutes had passed literally and the only response we had gotten was another hold on. I couldn’t back out and leave because there were cars behind us so we decided to go forward and leave but we still had to wait another fifteen minutes before the car ahead of us got their food. We were late getting back to work and we didn’t even get anything. This was around 1045 this morning! Your money is much better spent elsewhere.

The woman that took the order went and hid at the drive thru window after taking our money. I can’t believe we went 10 minutes off the interstate for this.

If I could give this location a negative star, i absolutely would. Went to the drive through and sat for several minutes. When nobody picked up on the mic I called the store directly and they said they closed early. I remarked that all lights were on and no signs about early closing were posted and when I asked for the name of the store manager I was hung up on. Think twice before going here…

Service has gotten to be really bad at this location. It used to be way better but now you won’t get your food out to you in less than 20-30 minutes. Workers are constantly on their phones even during rushes and show no ambition for their job. The other day I even saw a worker chewing on her nails and then proceeded to handle food. This place also seldom seems to clean the dining room tables and pop station so often those look gross as well.

Dumbest thing ever seen at a fast food. Ordered a melt with an extra patty instead i got a burger with 1 patty. Took 20 min to get food.
