Went on a crazy night. Staff was working very hard so I will say that was amazing. But when I questioned my order because part of it was missing I was told by the cashier I was lying. I was then told the product I wanted in a meal is no longer available and I asked since when? He then scoffed at me and threw the fries on my tray. When I asked for the cups we never got I was scoffed at again. When I turned around to walk away I was then yelled at and told I would need to pay for all of that. Never got a I’m sorry if I misheard you or a sorry about that. Stress level was high at the time there and I totally get it but that is not how customers should be treated. Food was great overall but the customer service will not bring me back.

District manager needs to come to closing shift and see how the night manager is carrying the whole crew on her back. Under staffed=under stressed. Had a large order and understood there would be a wait. Was missing one burger and was accused of lying and was told I needed to pay (again) for one. When I asked for a refund, burger magically appeared. Absolutely ridiculous to kick customers out of lobby due to not having enough staff to provide service. District and store manager need to do better or they will continue to lose staff and customers.

I had went to this location I ordered food they had messed up on two items the original chicken sandwiches I asked for them to be playing plus cheese they gave it to me with mayonnaise tons of mayonnaise I could not take my items back because I was working the manager I spoke to had told me I can come in and pick up my items on a different day 3 days later I had returned to pick my items up and I spoke to a general managerman that had hung up on me twice and when I was finally able to get a hold of him he told me he was not giving me anything. This place is so rude!!!!! Idc about the food it’s the actions that’s disgusting and so disappointing!

Cleanliness is definitely not a priority at this location, the food was pretty standard for a Burger King however when the associate has visibly soiled hands and the floors/tables are filthy it can easily ruins your appetite. I will be avoiding this place from now on. And I suggest you do to.

Terrible service! Literally saw the guy make a small iced coffee when I ordered a medium so he poured the small into a medium drink and just put more ice in it. As well as give me small fries instead of a medium like I asked for.

During this horrible winter weather we’re having I’ve been running around town trying to get things done but everywhere is closed. Decided to grab some McDonald’s but they were also closed, figured screw it I’ll try BK not realizing that I didn’t have my debit card because I have it saved in McDonald’s app. But I’m not set up like that for BK. Tried to give my card number but it didn’t work, they still gave me my order and told me they didn’t want me to come back to pay because the weather was so bad. Thanks guys! Great customer service and sorry for my mistake.

I should be eating my sandwich instead I have time to write a review because this is just nasty and unacceptable . The center is not cooked you would have to know it’s not cooked when you pulled it out the oil and most likely it was stuck to another piece. What’s wrong with the people working at this place?

I was literally the only customer. My burger I ordered without pickle, onion and tomato and the bag was on the counter in less than 2 minutes so I can guess it was old and guess what was on it. Pickles, onion and tomato. Battled the windstorm for a blatant “whatever”…thanks, won’t be back
