Burger King has always been our “go to” fast food restaurant but that relationship is ending more to do with corporate then the restaurant it self. The last two times we tried to register for a free Whopper the website would not let us go through the process (I just tried a few minutes ago). Last time I got the run-a-round by corporate and it took me 3 days to get a “voucher” for a breakfast sandwich when it should have been for a Whooper. This restaurant is well run and the food is good but don’t count on the free Whooper as advertised on the receipt.

I made an online app order 20 minutes before arrival. Said it would be done at 6:04. I did not get food until 6:20. What is the point of ordering ahead if they won’t start your order until you arrive, and make all other orders in drive-through first? I would have gotten my order faster by not placing online and just going through drive-through. I was needing to be somewhere but had a vehichle full of hungry kids. Next time I’m in a hurry, ill try somewhere else.

I got Burger King earlier today and am now experiencing food poisoning, when I called the first thing I heard was a “welcome to Wendy’s, followed by a hello this is McDonald’s. I then asked if this was indeed Burger King and the person on the phone rudely said yes this is Burger King. I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone informed me this was management, I let them know I had food poisoning and asked if any other customers called to let them know food may be bad and she told me she hasn’t hear of any complaints. I asked as asking about how long their foods are stored out for out of general curiosity and she was extremely rude to me. This is the second time I’ve gone to Burger King in the last year and the other time I waited 30 minutes in line to receive the wrong food and when I went in with a receipt they told me they were closed, this company is not professional at all and definitely needs management training to say the least. I got a medium number 4 meal plain/ with a coke.

The gentleman outside scrubbing the sidewalk i think his name is Eon doing a great job it’s not easy keep it up nice to see them fully staffed! Proud of the crew today it was very clean today the best I’ve seen it!! Take everyone doing their part n a full staff to be an effective team!

Every time I come here; the people at the drive-through are so incredibly nice. The wait in the drive-through isn’t ever really long; there’s two lanes, but only one person can answer at a time. So I totally understand. Food always comes out fast and in amazing condition. Not to get too sentimental, but every time I come here if feels like I’m just talking to a friend instead of straight up customer service
