After my experience here this morning, it’s no wonder that the Burger Kings in Billings are all closing up. What part of leaving a customer hanging at the drive-thru for over 30 seconds before even acknowledging them, then making them sit for another 3 minutes without acknowledging them again is acceptable? Also, the staff here needs a serious attitude readjustment. Literally three Burger Kings in the last year have closed. Pretty pathetic, huh?

For fast food, it’s priced right, hot, and tasty! Went through the drive-thru & had to wait in the parking lot but it was worth it. I never eat here but should frequent more often. The fries were piping hot & delicious as I snacked on my drive home. I like those chicken fries as well. Good eating!

The service was horrible. When I pulled up to the intercoms the worker was rushing me. When I got my food the chicken fries were cold and the bread on my spicy sandwich was not toasted and was soggy and they for got a drink or to. The kids meal had nothing in it but fries and 4 nuggets thrown into the bag. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend

I understand that the more people you serve the more money you make but giving out old fries and old chicken nuggets is sad my fries were cold before I left the Drive thru. The chicken nuggets were cold. HELLO PEOPLE WHO WORK AT BURGER KING…… french fries are only good for 7 minutes after they are cooked…..7…..not hours. Maybe your cook needs to take a food handlers class. I’m just saying . I will never go here again. For those of you who do still go….ask for your fries with out salt. That’s what my food looked like right out of the drive thru.

This service was very displeasing and terrible!! The dude who took my order had no customer service, dry and rude! The food was horrible so horrible I have to share pics! I ordered the the 5your way meal and the nuggets were burnt, the burger was sloppy, I supposedly had to wait in the front because fries were cooking but the ones he brought was lukewarm SMH! HOLD UP! Worst experience ever. Waited 15 minutes, never brought food out and had to go inside to get it. When home, Order was completely wrong. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. No customer service skills at all.
