The gentleman that took our order had great customer service skills and we received our order promptly but whoever made our meals must not have the same enthusiasm because our food was not quality unfortunately. Poorly put together burgers, one with 2 bottom buns, very dry and cold. Not what I’ve always expected from Burger King.

Got a simple Italian sammy and they couldn’t get that right. It had bbq instead of marinara on it. Went inside to have them make the right one and there were 5 ppl already complaining about how they’re orders were messed up too! One guy returned 3x!! What is wrong with these workers? Getting paid to make sammys blindfolded? I made sure to check mine before leaving again and there was barely any marinara on it so I mentioned it, guy just gave me a marinara packet everyone needs to be fired until they can get some competent workers in here.

I’m not sure what is going on with this burger king but I’m a food delivery driver. They didn’t have the order ready then when they gave it to me I could feel it was cold. I drive 3 miles to deliver and it’s the wrong order. It was someone’s dried up chicken nuggets, whopper and chocolate pies. Then the fixed food was cold too. To give my customer top service I had to go and microwave the food so they weren’t getting any more bipar service… Make your food fresh.. make it hot. No customer wants cold dry food… They want hot fresh, correct food. This is a franchise location, maybe different from BK ran…please for everyones sake, fix some things.
