Ordered 2 Big King burgers for $6. The lady who made them left out the cheese. Went back in and asked the guy who was at the counter if they are supposed to have cheese(I already knew they did), he just knocked and handed the bag back to the lady. No “sorry, yes they are” nothing verbal. The lady then proceeded to unpack my burgers and add only one slice of cheese per burger. When it’s supposed to be 2 per burger. Once again, handed an inaccurately prepared order with no apology. I guess the customer ID supposed to know how the food is made better then the employees and be treated as if they don’t exist or matter. I wouldn’t hire any of these employees to even push shopping carts. 0 customer service, and 0 quality control. Pathetic.

Absolutely disgusting! Floors are sticky. debris and garbage all over. Some type of spill under soda machine that has been there for weeks. Flies everywhere tells you just how clean this place is. Drive thru is gross too, with splattered sauce all over the ground at the pickup window! This place has not been properly cleaned in a long time!

Wonderfull place things have definitely improved for the better breakfast was excellent this burger King is totally trying to turn it around seriously I don’t know how people can complain about anything till they have served in the industry themselves these people are working hard sometimes get really busy and some things get overlooked it happens took pics totally clean looking good

The place is very dirty. I came just after 12 and most of the tables needed wiped down. The kids room was pretty much disgusting. The platforms just leading up to the slide is filthy. The sign on the door says that the playroom has been sanitized. It needs to come down if that’s not the truth. I understand everybody is short-staffed these days, if that’s the case then the playroom needs to be closed.
