Went through drive through. Asked for a combo with onion rings instead of fries. Guy ask anything else. Well ya I’d like you to know what drink I have. They fail to say at the time they have no ice. Guy then says the total and some to the window. I wasn’t done ordering… so I said I’m not done. Can I get another sandwich with a shake. They then tell me they have no ice cream or shakes. Well ok I guess I’m done now. Get to the window and wait for someone to finish taking another order. Once done they take my payment and hands me the soda with no ice.I get my food and notice I have fries instead of onion rings. So I ask for the receipt in which the guy tells me the machine is not working. So apparently nothing works there. Not like I had high hopes,’but I mean you’re a big chain,..do a bit better.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service in the drive thru tonight. The young man that took our order took quite a while in an empty drive thru to even acknowledge us, which is okay, we get it, its Friday night, it might be busy where we can’t see, both of us have worked drive thrus and fast food in our past. We eventually pull up to the second window (almost 10min later with many long pauses during our ordering) and as the young man takes our payment, is interacting on a videocall in his personal phone, entitely ignoring the remainder of our interaction. We watch as he walks across the store to what seems to be the bathroom area and does not come back for quite a while. Eventually, my husband parks in the car and goes inside and had an interaction with the same person who took our order and our payment. Which stated as “what?” “I’m In for my order that is taking forever” my husband explained. “Oh its right here” and he is handed a bag. My husband proceeds to open the bag to verify the order and the man says “its all there. I put it all in there” my husband asked for a receipt, which he was questioned about why he wanted it. Finally the other man from the back, who was working in the kitchen, came up and tried to address the situation as it was getting a bit heated. They were unable to get a paper copy of the receipt. We left. This was getting to be too much of a headache for “fast food” after an already long day. We get home and sure enough, my husband’s burger and our requested sauces were missing. I called, 3 times , and no answer.

They gave us some coupons and we took advantage of it. Only cost 8.99 to feed two people and the food was extremely fresh made and delicious. I’m not a fan of fast food but it was a breath of fresh air when the employees were super helpful and nice. 35/10 I recommend.

we, don’t eat inside. For the most part the are somewhat quick, always friendly. Don’t recall having any issues with my order in years. Don’t be fooled with menus online as they don’t have salad. Even this survey is wrong as listing salad as an option to select as recommendations….

I ordered 3 chicken fries for my kids n I, and one of them tasted old and were hard. Went back thru the drive thru and the man on the drive thru speaker said go to the second window for some fresh ones. I go there and I told the girl the situation and said that the man told me to pull up to the second window. The big woman w short hair says they’re fresh and hesitated to give me what I asked, but I told her no it tasted hard and weird … also the first worker told me they would. so she rolls her eyes, slams down someone’s order, she hands me a new one w no bag and alot of attitude. Shut the window on me while handing her the old food. She opens it back up and says very rudely that they don’t accept food back, thought they did cuz they asked last time. So my mom next to me says to the woman she could be nicer, and the big lady w short hair flipped my mom off while my kids were in the back seat!! I didn’t mind picking up food again and waiting, it’s how the big woman w short hair treated us. Totally killed our mood. There was also a female worker crying inside while others were comforting her, something was up that day for sure. The big woman was slamming the bag food on the counter that was meant for the customer behind us. Have nice workers !! The man on the speaker w the long hair was nice. Only reason you guys have one star. That big girl w short hair gotta go though, people don’t want to deal with her bad mood.

Just recently my family and I went through the drive thru. I pull up and kid you not, it took nearly 5 minutes for someone to finally speak up through the speaker. Mind you, no one else was in front or behind me I had the drive thru all to myself. I lost count of how many times I had to say hello in order to get someone to help me. When someone finally did I told the guy I was going to do two separate orders, as soon as I said that, the guy sighed so loud and very exaggerated. That to me & my family was very unpleasant. We were way tooken aback by his reaction. If we weren’t starving at the moment we would have gone elsewhere. That was very unnecessary for the guy to react in that way. As if he didn’t want to help in the first place. After we order and received our food, our food was not to our standards. They have fully messed up our order. Please save your money and go elsewhere. It’s not worth the wait or to be disrespected. If I could give this place 0 stars believe me I WOULD.

Good service, but low quality. All the ketchup packets were sticky, even the ones sitting in an open cardboard box on the main counter. No cups for water available and no breakfast items at lunch time. The bathrooms were clean and the garbage cans empty. The kids love the Chicken nuggets.

I’ve been to many BK restaurants globally and usually get the staple signature items from any one of them. The Whopper. Today here it met every expectation, hot, fresh, nice tomato and served as ordered. It was really quick too with a freshly flame grilled patty. The staff was nice and the place was clean.

Their new hand battered chicken sandwich is really good. Their fries had been around too long and were limp and mealy. When we asked for a special order burger the cook actually came to the counter to clarify to make sure he made it correctly. That was an amazing touch that we really appreciated. We will definitely back.
